Roti to Launch Five New D.C. Locations CHICAGO, IL (February 16, 2011)- Enjoy the aroma of freshly baked pita bread, robust Mediterranean flavors, rotisserie meats searing and caramelizing, innovative toppings galore, and healthy options in a casual dining experience - sounds, smells, and tastes like Roti Mediterranean Grill! Taking on the D.C. metro area with six new locations, it won’t be hard to find and fall for Roti’s food that loves you back. Already an award-winning staple in the Chicago food scene, Roti will be expanding throughout Washington D.C. in early spring and summer 2011. Adding to its overwhelmingly popular Pennsylvania Avenue spot, Roti will open in Constitution Square in late February, followed by L’Enfant Plaza in April, and George Washington University in May, 1629 K Street in June, and Bethesda in July. In celebration of the launches, the chain is giving away FREE Roti for a year to one lucky customer at each respective location. Mark Pearson, a D.C. local and Roti’s Director of Operations who has witnessed Roti’s growth first hand, noted how natural it is for the company to expand in this market. “This is one of the most food -savvy and health conscious cities in the country. Our healthy Mediterranean menu has struck a chord with customers downtown and we are thrilled to be able to expand throughout the District and beyond." Roti Mediterranean Grill also strives to extend goodwill to its customers and community. Running on a customers-come-first mentality, regulars are rewarded through loyalty programs both in-store and through social media by offering valuable information and updates as well as free giveaways. The chain also prides itself on community involvement and is a proud partner of Common Threads, a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate children on the importance of nutrition and physical well- being through cooking. Roti is thrilled to support an organization with a shared commitment of giving back to communities and looks forward to furthering this association through local efforts in the D.C. area. ###
