Chicago, IL (October 4, 2010) – D.S. Tequila Co. announces their full menu debut during their Grand Opening Week from October 11-14th. The week will kick off with a private Grand Opening party on Monday, October 11, 2010. Guests will enjoy complimentary beverages and passed food from 6-9 p.m. The public is invited to take their taste buds on a tour from October 12-14th by indulging in $2 tacos, $3 margaritas, $4 frozen beverages, and $5 burgers. The new restaurant and sports bar, located in the heart of East Lakeview, is the new “go-to” venue for watching sports, hanging out with friends or unwinding with your spouse (margarita in hand, of course!). In addition to the “Old West chic” décor and custom concrete poured bar, D.S. Tequila Co. boasts a 100 person, two-deck outdoor patio complete with fire pits, making it perfect for people watching. Within walking distance from Wrigley Field, Cubs fans and sports enthusiasts can cheer to the 15 flat-screen hi-definition televisions streaming the live action. Adding an eclectic mix of “Tex and Mex”, the innovative kitchen offers a full menu that includes everything from burgers, chipotle wings, to nachos and tacos that won’t break the bank – all entrees are under $10. D.S. Tequila takes their ingredients seriously; using 100% Allen Bros. Prime Beef (think Morton’s Steakhouse) providing the building blocks of a better burger, while inventive signature tacos such as the BBQ Pulled Pork creation, are crafted with care and served on fresh tortillas, made in-house daily. Guests can knock back fresh margaritas made with 100% Blue Agave Tequila, real lime juice, and no added sugars - guaranteed to provide relief from D.S. Tequila’s handmade, tempura battered XXX jalapeño poppers. The undeniably addictive fries come adorned with sugar in salt, sure to set taste buds in a twist. Their palette-approved frozen margaritas are available in passion peach, wild berry, strawberry, coco loco, and bumpin’ bananas varieties and are made from carefully crafted purees – never powders or sugars. With over 40 beers on hand, D.S. Tequila aims to please the most polished beer-buff by presenting endless varieties in a mug, pitcher, and even a “beer tower” (for those frat boy inclinations).
